Joyanna + Jimmi are a couple of high school sweethearts whose wedding was straight out of a fairy tale. The day started with Joyanna getting pampered and all ready at the very gorgeous Pink Lime Salon & Spa downtown Edmonton. This space was so amazing for getting ready, beautiful light, great staircase, and a great open space upstairs. Joyanna was such a stunning bride inside and out, she reminded me of Cinderella! This girl is seriously so photogenic!

Candice and Luke were married on a beautiful day in August out at Luke's family's acreage. This location was amazing, from a perfect yard for a ceremony and reception to nearby gullies for photos everything was just picturesque. I think Candice may be one of the most talented crafty people I have ever met, almost all the details were hand made including her amazing bouquets. I loved loved the country details with the burlap and wood and as both Candice and Luke are huge Disney fans I loved that they incorporated such sweet little Disney aspects into their decor.

Lyndsie + Andrew were married on a gorgeous August day out at her family's acreage.  Lyndsie's family had recently sold their acreage where Lyndsie and her brother had grown up so having the ceremony take place out there was super special as it would be the last event for them on this beautiful property.  The backdrop of an old barn refurbished with chandeliers in the windows was so super cool! The details including the super cute mason jars for juice afterwards were the perfect touches!

Nicole and Jeff were married on a gorgeous August day out in a field just outside St. Walburg, Saskatchewan.  For their wedding we had on of my favourite moments, the first look!  Jeff and Nicole saw eachother before the ceremony and it is always one of my favourite moments to capture! The look on his face the first time he saw how beautiful Nicole looked was priceless! After the first look we did all the photos; a family friend of Nicole and Jeff's built an old western town right in their yard which was so super cool and such a unique place for photos.  I loved it!

Kirstin + Matthew were married on a beautiful July Saturday out at Kirstin's aunts farm.  This country wedding was so super cute with so many personal touches.  Kirstin and Matthew are avid hunters so it only seemed fitting for the colours to be orange and green with the groom and his groomsmen sporting custom made camo vests!  They even had a custom dress and vest made for the adorable flower girl and ring bearer!  There was rain forecasted for the day but mother nature was on our side and held off until later that evening when we were all inside at the hall.

Camille and Sean met years ago when Camille's bestie Laura and her went out to a club one eve in Calgary.  Camille noticed this cute bartender working that night and Sean noticed this gorgeous woman hanging out as the bar was closing.  So he went and introduced himself and and as the cliche goes the rest is history!  Camille and Sean were married atop the mountain at Kimberley, BC's ski resort.

Eryn + Chris were married on a gorgeous June day in St. Albert.  The day started out at Eryn's parent's place where she got ready with her sisters and best friend.  Right from the start the energy from this girls was awesome! Lots of laughter, smiles, and even some happy tears were shed.  Eryn's little niece also helped provide some entertainment, this little gal loved the camera!  Eryn + Chris decided to have their ceremony out at the gorgeous Greystone Gardens, this place is so beautiful for a ceremony and photos!

On Ashley and Adam's first date Adam got called out to work and when he asked Ashley if she would join him and she said yes he knew this was the girl he was going to marry! They were married on a gorgeous Saturday in June in Lloydminster.  The day couldn't have been more perfect, although it did rain it only rained when we were inside at St. Anthony's Church for the ceremony.  This couple went away from pure wedding tradition and decided to do the first look and some photos before the ceremony.  I love love the first look!

K and D were married on Friday the 13th this past December.  They actually started dating on a Friday the 13th hence a Friday wedding instead of the standard Saturday.  Being a Friday wedding wasn't the only way this wedding was super unique! Both K and D are huge sports fans and both grew up playing hockey in their hometown of Unity, Saskatchewan, so for their wedding they decided they wanted to be married on the ice in their skates.  I loved this idea, what a great way to really personalize their special day!

A + K were married on a beautiful fall day in downtown Calgary.  I love when I get to photograph weddings in Calgary as the parks and downtown core make such beautiful backdrops for photographs! This wedding was no different, they had a gorgeous ceremony at a church just off 17th Ave with photos taking place in Prince's Island Park, and the reception at the the Metropolitan Convention Centre downtown.
