Here is a grad session from back in May, the beautiful Erin!  I love love when grads want to go out to a lake for photos, something about the water and trees always makes such beautiful backdrop; it always helps too when the subject is as gorgeous as Erin!  For Erin's session we went out to Whitney lake; it was my first time out there and wow what a beautiful spot! I had so much fun photographing Erin all around the area she was even a brave soul and went in the water which was not exactly warm at that time of year but totally worth it for photos!

I had the pleasure of first photographing these beautiful girls a couple years ago for a winter session.  Their mom had always wanted photos of the girls on train tracks and well as we have those going through my father's farm I could make that happen for her.  As always I had so much fun photographing these beauties and their adorable cousin!  Sarah is one of my closest friends and I have really gotten to know her amazing family and it always makes it so much more special to photograph your friends and their families.

The Lundquist's are a beautiful family from Lloyd whose grown sons now live in different cities with their own families and as such they don't all get together as often as they used to.  This past Summer everyone was home for a week at the same time so they saw this as a perfect opportunity for some updated family photos! I had so much fun photographing this awesome family; they have such an amazing energy and so much love between them!  Here are some of the favourite moments from the Lundquist family lifestyle session :)

Here is a video slideshow highlighting all the photos from Brooklyn's grad session :)

One of my favourite type of lifestyle portrait sessions are mother daughter sessions.  There is a bond between a mother and daughter that is inexplicable and getting capture this special bond is always amazing!

The Fishers are another wonderful family I so enjoyed photographing!  They purchased a lifestyle photography package through a silent auction for one of my favourite charities, The Lloydminster Region Health Foundation, at their annual gala. As it often goes with families with grown children it can be hard to get everyone together so it was so great that it worked out for the Fisher family that we could do the lifestyle session on a Friday afternoon when the whole family was going to be together.

Here is a super cute family lifestyle session of the Snider family.  This adorable couple and their precious son had their lifestyle session out at their acreage outside of Lloyd.  Instead of sticking around their yard we went to their neighbour's yard which had this gorgeous old barn and cool old tractor which made a perfect background for photos! I had so much photographing this family, their son is so so cute and was so good for photos!  He got a little tired at the end but those crying photos of little ones always make such great memories!

This past late summer and early fall has been a busy one with lots of fun family and child lifestyle sessions.  I love lifestyle sessions, it's so much fun to photograph families in a relaxed atmosphere on location whether it's at a local park or at their homes.  I always try to make these sessions super fun and create some great memories for families.

Brooklyn is another beautiful grad from this past grad season.  She was looking for something a little different so we decided to have her grad lifestyle session take place out at Loon Lake, Saskatchewan.  I love having lifestyle photography sessions out at the lake, it is such a beautiful backdrop! For Brooklyn's session we took advantage of Jumbo Beach which is probably one of my favourite areas at the lake as it has these beautiful spaced out trees right next to the water and we even found a super cool tree stump just hanging out along the bank.

Kiley is a gorgeous grad from this past grad season.  For her session we went out to Bud Miller Park in Lloydminster which is always such a beautiful green space.  This girl is so stunning and had one of the most gorgeous grad dresses I have seen; she was such a pleasure to photograph and made my job so easy as she is definitely very photogenic.  As I do with a lot of my grad sessions, I also did a mini family lifestyle session this time however everyone also had a change of casual clothes for a few photos!
